Refund Policy
If the refund is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 25 business days.
- Enrollment & Payment Terms
The monthly standard fee is ₹47,500, non-negotiable, and starts from the date of booking/payment.
No discount or negotiation shall be considered unless provided officially in writing by the institution.
A client availing a 1-year offer must pay the entire discounted amount within 45 days of booking.
Failure to pay within 45 days automatically cancels the offer, and the monthly rate of ₹47,500 applies retroactively.
Installments (if approved) must be paid on or before the due date. Late payments incur a ₹2,000 penalty per week.
Monthly renewal must be done on the same calendar day as the original booking day.
All services are prepaid. No postpaid arrangements are entertained.
If the client pays partial fees and delays, the training may be paused until full payment is received.
No slot is confirmed without payment, even if verbal or written communication exists.
A fee receipt and policy confirmation will be provided upon payment for transparency.
Online payments must be verified before training begins; screenshots alone are not sufficient proof.
Fee once paid is non-transferable and non-adjustable to another person or program.
Rejoining after a break of 30+ days is treated as a new enrollment, subject to availability and updated fees.
All offers are non-transferable between programs or individuals.
MasterPramod.com reserves the right to update pricing, and new clients must comply with current prices.
2. Daily Training & Attendance Policy
Each calendar day is counted in the plan duration — whether a session is conducted or not.
Our training is customized; light sessions, outdoor activities, mindset sessions are counted as valid training days.
Absenteeism by the client without prior notice will be considered unexcused and non-refundable.
Clients must maintain 80% attendance to remain in their fixed time slot.
No make-up sessions are guaranteed for missed classes unless approved in advance.
Training days lost due to client travel or personal issues will not be adjusted or extended.
If MasterPramod.com fails to deliver more than 5 sessions in a month, extra sessions will be compensated.
Public holidays or trainer travel days are counted as training days and included in the plan.
A weekly attendance sheet is maintained for all clients.
Clients should notify absence at least 24 hours in advance.
Repeated absenteeism may result in automatic removal from the batch without refund.
If a student consistently misses 3+ sessions/month, they lose the right to fixed slots.
Personal excuses (family events, mood, other work) are not considered valid for rescheduling.
Students who fail to show up for 7 consecutive days without notice will be marked inactive.
Session timings are strict. Entry beyond 10 minutes late may result in session cancellation.
3. Exit, Withdrawal & Batch Change Policy
To exit, clients must submit a formal request at least 45 days in advance.
Exit requests submitted within 10 days of the next payment date will not be considered.
Failing to give 45-day notice will result in mandatory payment of 45 extra days to fill your slot.
All exit requests must be in writing via email or WhatsApp, not verbal.
No refunds are issued for mid-month exits or voluntary withdrawal.
Clients exiting in 30 or 60 days after taking an annual plan or six month plan must pay per-month charges at ₹47,500/month.
Batch change requests must also follow a 45-day notice policy.
A new batch is subject to availability and approval, not guaranteed.
Multiple batch change requests (more than once) may not be entertained.
If a new slot is not available, the client may be asked to wait or continue in the old batch.
If the client insists on an urgent batch change, a batch shifting fee of ₹5,000 applies.
Quitting due to temporary relocation, workload, or lack of motivation is not considered valid for refund.
Clients who leave and want to rejoin must start a fresh plan at new rates.
No balance transfer is allowed to the next month if the exit process starts.
We reserve the right to refuse exit in golden time slots unless full terms are met.
4. Golden Time Slot Policy (6–9 AM)
Morning slots 6–7 AM, 7–8 AM, and 8–9 AM are Golden Slots due to high demand.
These slots are premium time slots, and no discounts are given for early exit or low attendance.
Clients booking Golden Slots must pay full monthly fees regardless of attendance.
No refund, extension, or rebooking will be done if a client misses sessions in these slots.
These slots are non-transferable even to other family members.
If a client wants to quit early in these slots, the remaining duration is considered void.
Golden Slot clients must maintain strict punctuality and attendance.
Switching from a Golden Slot to another time is subject to availability and written approval.
Re-entry into Golden Slots after leaving is not guaranteed.
No trial classes are offered in these time slots.
Students with poor attendance in Golden Slots will be moved to non-peak hours without notice.
Fees for Golden Slots are non-negotiable and final.
Full attendance is expected. Lazy attitude, regular skipping, or casual behavior may result in removal.
Only highly committed clients are accepted in these slots.
Refund is only possible if MasterPramod.com cancels the slot — no other reasons apply.
5. Health Claims, Breaks & Misuse Protection
Healing Therapy Sessions Available:
We provide specialized healing therapy sessions for clients dealing with initial injuries, physical discomfort, or recovery. These are a part of our training system.
Injury Is Not a Reason to Discontinue:
If a client faces an injury, they will be shifted to the healing mode and must continue therapy sessions. No break or refund will be allowed during this phase.
Monitoring During Recovery:
Injured students are personally invited and monitored by our healing team to ensure complete recovery through custom movement therapy, mindset training, and guided rest sessions.
Client Refusal to Join Healing Sessions:
If a client refuses to attend healing sessions after injury, it will be treated as non-cooperation, and fees will not be paused or refunded.
Medical Leave Requires Documentation:
Only clients who submit verified medical documentation can request any hold in plan or session pause beyond healing mode.
Single Break Policy:
A break due to genuine injury or illness can only be taken once in 6- or 12-month programs.
Minimum 30-Day Hold Rule:
No pause will be accepted for 1 or 2 days of illness. Any accepted break should be 30 days minimum and requested in writing.
Training Continues with Modifications:
Based on client condition, sessions may be modified (breathing, mobility, visualization, therapy) but are still counted as training days.
Misuse of Mental Health Tags:
Clients misusing terms like anxiety, stress, or burnout without proper diagnosis or medical evidence will be permanently blocked.
Healing Program Is Mandatory:
All clients recovering from injury or illness must attend a minimum of 3 therapy/healing sessions per week. No exceptions.
No Discount During Recovery Mode:
Healing sessions are part of your training and hence fully chargeable at standard rates. No discount or pause applies.
Physio and Therapy Experts:
Our healing team may include certified physiotherapists, yoga experts, and breathing specialists to speed up recovery.
Outdoor Recovery Activities:
Walks, sunbathing, and mild nature therapy guided by trainers will also be considered valid healing sessions.
Fitness Tracking Continues:
Even during injury, our team tracks your recovery and helps maintain your routine through safe daily practices.
No Plan Hold Without Therapist’s Approval:
Any request to hold or pause a plan must be approved by our in-house healing team, and not decided solely by the client.
6. Refund, Legal & Final Terms
No refund is provided once the payment is made, under any circumstances.
Refund is only applicable if the institution fails to deliver promised sessions (minimum 75% delivery failure).
All terms are legally binding under the laws of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
All disputes must be settled in the Indore District Court only.
By enrolling, the client agrees to all policies regardless of verbal discussions.
Legal action will be taken in case of fraud, misbehavior, or policy violation.
Any attempt to defame or threaten the coach will result in immediate legal reporting.
Clients are not allowed to record or leak training sessions without permission.
Misuse of training (e.g., violence, misuse of techniques) may lead to a permanent ban.
All feedback and complaints must be in writing via official email or WhatsApp.
No partial refunds are given under any promotional plan.
No legal claim can be made for delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, pandemic).
All clients must sign an agreement or accept these policies digitally before joining.
No cancellation will be processed once the plan is live.
All decisions made by MasterPramod.com in disputes are final and non-negotiable.
